Bonnie may be dead, but she’s a. still pretty and b. thanks to the veil that separates reality and the Other Side being down, she hasn’t disappeared for good. Moreover, in The Vampire Diaries Season 4 finale, Bonnie (Kat Graham) comes to terms with her new-found “ghost” status, but struggles in figuring out a way to share the news with her BFFs, especially Caroline Forbes (Candice Accola) who is eager for all of them to have the perfect senior graduation. (It’s not exactly the sort of event you announce via text or a Facebook status update!)
And in new web clip sent to us by The CW, our beloved witch admits to Caroline that she’s hit “a snag” in putting up the veil back up. Caroline’s response? “Are you telling me that we might graduate right smack in the middle of a ghost-filled Expression triangle?” she yelps.
Bonnie suggests that they cancel the ceremony to prevent any disasters from occurring. However, Caroline is not down with that idea at all. “Graduation is the most important event of our lives,” she explains. “It is our right of freaking passage.” Bonnie then agrees graduation will proceed as planned, tells Caroline she loves her, and decides to keep her recent demise a secret in order to avoid hampering her friend’s dreams and dashing everyone’s spirit right before their special day.
